Step 2 - Click on CREDIT APPLICATION FORM. Fill in the information and either email or fax in the application.

Step 3 - Once step 2 has been completed, within 1-2 business days your application will be reviewed. Once accepted, your first monthly payment will be charged and you will receive an email confirming your order. (Please verify your spam box or contact us if you do not get your confirmation email)
